Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive women’s health services, including cervical screening, breast care, contraception (including IUD/Implanon insertion/removal), preconception, antenatal, and postnatal care.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist GPs and Dermal Clinicians with consultations and procedures, including skin cancer excisions and dermal treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise equipment according to best practice guidelines.
- Provide pre- and post-procedure patient care and education.
- Administer injections, dressings, and wound care as required.
- Assist with patient flow, ensuring efficient clinic operations.
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with administrative tasks.
- Manage stock and ensure clinic supplies are well-maintained.
- Adhere to strict infection control policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Experience
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.

This vital role involves managing patient flow, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for every patient. You will be the first point of contact, playing a key role in our clinic’s reputation for compassionate and professional care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and manage patient check-ins and check-outs.
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage general inquiries professionally.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments accurately and efficiently.
- Process patient payments and manage Medicare rebates.
- Maintain patient records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including referrals and results.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception and waiting area.
